You can sell stock directly to investors. Private companies are very limited they can only raise money from a few people who are friends and family. However, if you file a registration statement with the SEC securities and exchange commission, and follow other guidelines, you can even advertise your offering. Imagine being able to advertise online or on tv or radio.

This allow you go go public without having to depend on an Investment Bank. Yes, we can and will introduce you to sources of capital including our network of Investment Bankers and financial groups. But this allows you to be able to compete with the big firms when trying to raise capital.

IPO Initial Public Offering

This is like a do it yourself IPO (Initial Public Offering). Traditiionally in an IPO you would go to an investment bank and ask them to raise capital. They would then use there best efforts to have there brokers raise capital for you.

We will get you public and then go to all of the smaller brokerage firms that don’t take companies public but can sell stock of public company’s to their clients when you are public.

You can also sell stock directly to investors if you file all of the securities procedures such as filing a registration statement with the SEC.

This allows you to be independent. If you believe in your company then it is something to try. If you are contemplating going public, then a Mini IPO (Initial Public Offering is the way to go.
